Meet your support team

Greg Cloke

Senior IT Technician

Greg joined HJS Technology in 2014. As Senior IT Technician he works very closely with the Technical Director on specialist projects and finding long term solutions to complex support issues. With a background in hosting services and network operations Greg plays a pivotal role within the technical team and also supports the operations department. Greg has extensive knowledge in many areas of technical expertise and certifications include Microsoft and Azure. Downtime involves following F1 and UK travel exploration with a love of North wales and Cornwall – the more remote the better!

Martin Chambers

IT Technician

Originally from Lytham St Annes’ near Blackpool, Martin moved to the South Coast to study at Southampton University – that was 18 years’ ago! After gaining his degree, Martin has worked within the outsourced IT managed service industry gaining very varied and valuable experience both as an internal and external engineer. He loves a challenge and thoroughly enjoys helping customers who have any complex problems to solve – with a real focus on customer interaction and relationship building. Outside of work Martin enjoys a wide variety of leisure activities including flying stunt kites, miniature painting and board games.

Ben Blake

IT Technician

With extensive practical experience of installation, maintaining and fixing various operating systems, hardware, desktop peripherals, IT network systems and firewalls and resolving support issues both internally and externally, Ben is a great asset to HJS Technology. His meticulous approach, can-do, friendly attitude and flexibility to any challenges presented are outstanding. Along with a thirst for knowledge regarding changes in technology Ben’s other interests include playing the guitar, herpetology and also enjoys running (maybe away from any escapees!).

Patrick Hayden

IT Technician

Patrick is a great asset to HJS Technology, since moving over from the Emerald Isle not just for his shared love of the black stuff but vast expertise in working with SMEs, not for profit organisations and public sector organisations. After qualifying, Patrick worked as an internal IT technician for a large corporation before moving to the managed services sector in pursuit of a more varied, challenging and fulfilling experience. Extended areas of interest include in-depth Office 365 and Azure specialisms. Patrick is a cat loving, ultimate frisbee player whose customer service and communication skills are outstanding.

Diego Esteves

IT Technician

Since joining HJS Technology, Diego has become an integral member of the internal support team. His specialist expertise in IT hardware and exemplary customer service skills ensures that support issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. In his spare time, Diego is a talented musician and enjoys playing both the bass and drums for a local band.

Kit Leung

IT Technician

Kit is a member of the technical support team. He has a wide range of skills and specialist IT and telecoms knowledge. Kit’s previous experience included not solely IT support and services but also business telecoms – both business mobiles and VoIP phone systems. Since moving to the area, Kit has worked for the NHS and at a large life insurance company within their in-house IT support departments. Kit’s passion for evolving technology and excellence in customer service has led him to HJS Technology for a more varied role helping a wide range of customers and businesses of differing sizes with their array of technical support and business telecoms solutions requirements. Outside of work Kit enjoys travel, photography and videography – with the help of his drone on occasions to capture the elusive shot!

Liam Birch

IT Technician

In his role as an IT Technician with HJS Technology, Liam enjoys troubleshooting, diagnosing issues and assisting customers with their IT-related problems. His main skills include problem-solving, great customer service and communication and he shows exceptional attention to detail. Liam has a great interest in emerging technologies including Cloud Based and AI solutions. When not in front of a screen Liam enjoys board games, a welcome release from tech and playing football. A great way of keeping fit!
